Volunteers of America Delaware Valley’s affordable housing division – VOADV Property, Inc. – has an established reputation of supporting veterans, families, young adults, seniors and individuals with specialized needs on their journey to achieving a life of independence for more than 125 years.

The development of affordable housing units allows us to provide access to independent living, while also fostering a communal support network and continuing social services to maintain a healthy living environment.
