Volunteers of America Delaware Valley’s affordable housing division – VOADV Property, Inc. – has an established reputation of supporting veterans, families, young adults, seniors and individuals with specialized needs on their journey to achieving a life of independence for more than 125 years through its Permanent Housing program.
The development of affordable housing units allows us to provide access to independent living, while also fostering a communal support network and continuing social services to maintain a healthy living environment.

Gerard’s Riverview has one, two and three bedrooms available with amenities including a community room, energy efficient appliances and on-site laundry. There are 66 units with five units reserved for homeless individuals or families. VOADV will also be providing social services to all of the building’s residents through a variety of counseling and wellness programs.
