We operate specialized supportive housing program, offering an array of services to address each person’s unique needs.

Camden County Supportive Housing –

A shared housing program that offers supportive services. 

Eligibility: Adults with proof of chronic homelessness as defined by HUD and a qualifying disability.

Chance II Supportive Housing –

A subsidized housing program that offers supportive services.

Eligibility: Income-qualified individuals currently or formerly experiencing homelessness with a qualifying disability.

Christine’s Corner –

A subsidized housing program that offers supportive services. 

Eligibility: Income-qualified individuals with proof of chronic homelessness as defined by HUD and a qualifying disability.

Hanover Street –

A permanent housing program that provides supportive services to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and are income-qualified. 

Eligibility: Individuals who were experiencing homelessness and are income-qualified.

Housing First –

A subsidized housing program that offers supportive services. 

Eligibility: Adults with proof of chronic homelessness as defined by HUD and a qualifying disability.

Leaven House, Casa Rainbow & Helen Smith Communities –

An affordable housing program for individuals who are experiencing homelessness and are income-qualified. 

Eligibility: Individuals who are currently or formerly experiencing homelessness and are income-qualified.

Moving Forward (Southern NJ/Camden & Gloucester Counties) –

A subsidized housing program that offers supportive services.

Eligibility: Adults with proof of chronic homelessness as defined by HUD and a qualifying disability who are residing in Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, or Camden counties.
