Safe Return is a reentry initiative that provides treatment, housing, and employment to individuals returning to Atlantic City, City of Trenton, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties from incarceration and who are not under any criminal justice supervision. Safe Return strives to engage individuals through a multitude of channels including State and local correctional institutions before they are released. Safe Return can receive referrals from other agencies and also conducts targeted outreach aimed at getting people off the street and into treatment and employment.
