Fletcher House

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley’s Fletcher House program is an 84-bed residential community release program located in Camden, New Jersey. Accredited by the American Correctional Association and contracted by the New Jersey Department of Corrections, Fletcher House provides targeted support and assistance for men who are within 24 months of parole eligibility.
Residents of Fletcher House are provided with:

  • 24-hour Staff Support
  • Individualized Case Management and Discharge Planning
  • Job Coaching, Job Readiness and Employment Support
  • Cognitive Skills Training and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention

Fletcher House staff work collaboratively with program participants to successfully navigate reentry, inclusive of finding gainful community-based employment and accessing education. Since 2014, nearly 600 residents have secured employment, and nearly 200 have entered post-secondary education at local colleges and universities.
