Location: 3911 Federal Street, Pennsauken, NJ 08110

Eligibility: Income qualified families and qualified veterans. 

Located at the former Brittin Reserve Army Training Center in Pennsauken, NJ. Volunteers of America Delaware Valley redeveloped the area into a 66-unit, quality family and veteran rental units. The development consists of 65-income restricted rental units and an additional unit for on-site management. Fourteen of the units will be set aside for veterans. All units will contain a full kitchen, living and dining area, full bathrooms, and large bedrooms. The development also has a community room, playground and on-site laundry.

The development honors Nelson Brittin of Audubon who was killed in action during the Korean War and posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor.
