Operation Backpack® connects children in need with a new backpack filled with grade-specific school supplies.

At the end of every summer, children in your community are beginning their race toward educational success…

A full mile away from the starting line.

When a family is living paycheck to paycheck, children learn to make do with what they have-- even if that means returning to school without the supplies they need to succeed.

But this year won’t be that way. Because this year there’s you… and Operation Backpack®.

It’s not just about paper, pens, or binders-- it’s about giving the gift of opportunity in school and life that many children will not receive otherwise.

Your donation to Operation Backpack isn’t a gift -- it’s a game changer.

Collect Supplies

Every student will start the school year off stronger with these specific items: 

• A backpack
• Several #2 pencils 
  
• 2 glue sticks
  
• 1 ruler
  
• 2 notebooks 
  
• 4 two-pocket folders
  
• Markers or colored pencils 
  

We're happy to accept these items on their own, or if you'd like to complete a backpack for a specific grade level please refer to the lists below. Supplies can be dropped of at:

Host a Drive
