PROMISE

PROMISE (Program for Returning Offenders with Mental Illness Safely and Effectively) serves to transition offenders with mental illness from incarceration to the community. The PROMISE team assists clients in finding employment, participating in treatment, linking with mental health services, and discharge planning.
