Our faith-based, nonprofit organization has been serving some of the most vulnerable people in the Delaware Valley for 112 years.  Thousands of people depend on us every year for programs and services to help them return to self-sufficiency.  We are blessed with generous and caring staff, community partners, government funding sources, donors and volunteers that all contribute to our work in successfully serving those in need so that they can live self-fulfilled, independent lives.

As you navigate our website, you will see that Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is committed to tackling some of the most difficult issues that our society faces today.  Our agency serves persons experiencing homelessness, seeking permanent housing, struggling with addictive behavior, coping with chronic mental illness and developmental disabilities, returning to society from the criminal justice system, and dealing with domestic violence.
