Philadelphia, PA - Volunteers of America Delaware Valley's signature fundraising event, the Eighth Annual Oscar Night® America gala hosted by Commerce Bank, was a rousing success shattering previous year's fundraising records by raising $207,000 that will go towards alleviating homelessness in our communities.
