Affordable and Supportive Housing

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley provides several affordable housing complexes throughout the Delaware Valley.

These housing programs offer various services to support the tenant's ability to sustain permanent housing. We provide assistance that ranges from paying the first month's rent to offering permanent supportive housing so that they can become stable and productive members of their communities. Services also include residential supervision and case management.
