47-bed residential community release program for adult female offenders providing gender responsive treatment, employment readiness and job search assistance, assistance with substance abuse, and 24-hour staff support.

Eligibility:  New Jersey Department of Corrections clients are eligible to come to the program within 18 months of their parole eligibility date.  Parolees can be referred by the State Parole Board if they are struggling on parole.  Arsonists and sex offenders are excluded from participation.
