Integrated Services Supporting Independence (ISSI)

14-bed residential program for mentally ill with co-occuring disorders providing case management, an integrated approach to treatment and rehabilitation, continuation of treatment and extended aftercare reintegration services and 24-hour case management.

Eligibility:  Must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Philadelphia for at least six months, diagnosed with adult priority  targeted mental illeness and referred by The Department of Behavioral Health.  Must be clean and sober for at least nine months and demonstrate a minimum proficiency in independant living.
