THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO MADE OSCAR NIGHT A HUGE SUCCESS! WE RAISED OVER $160,000 WHICH WILL GO TOWARDS OUR HOME FOR THE BRAVE!
Volunteers of America Delaware Valley's signature fundraising event, the annual Oscar Night® America Gala, raises funds that benefits our Home for the Brave which, upon its completion, will assist this area's homeless veterans. Oscar Night® America has been billed the closest thing to the "real deal" outside of Hollywood.
This year's event will be held on February 26th at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel at 6pm.
Event guests get a taste of the glitz and glitter of the Academy Awards where upon arrival, they are in the spotlight as they walk the red carpet among screaming fans and interviewed by on-air personalities from WPVI-TV 6ABC.
The evening is of star-sized quality with an hour-long, champagne cocktail reception, live entertainment, a "Predict the Winners" contest, and much more. While guests dine and watch the Academy Awards Ceremony on giant screens, they are also able to bid on items at the live and silent auctions.

Regal Movie contest. . . the sequel
We are once again happy to partner with Regal Cinemas on our Oscar Movie Trivia Contest. Each day through February 22nd we will have a movie trivia on our Facebook and Twitter pages. One correct answer will be randomly chosen each day and that person will win a pair of Regal passes. Winners will be announced the next day. On February 23rd, one winner will be drawn and given a pair of tickets to Oscar Night America! No purchase necessary. . . break a leg!
